Our building inspection covers every major system: foundations and structural elements, roof and drainage, exterior walls and facades, windows and doors, electrical installations, plumbing and heating, insulation and ventilation, and interior finishes.
Each area is documented with photos and assessed using a clear colour code: green (compliant), orange (monitor within 5 years), red (urgent action needed). You see the big picture at a glance.
When the report reveals problems
Finding problems is actually good news — it means you found them *before* buying. Armed with our report, you have several options: negotiate a lower price to reflect the repair costs, ask the seller to fix the issues before closing, or walk away entirely.
