Our story
Founded in 2018 in Belgium, ImmoPass was born from a simple observation: property buyers lack reliable technical information before committing. Too many transactions happen 'blind', without a proper assessment of the building's condition.
In just a few years, ImmoPass has become the reference organisation for residential technical audits, with over 5,000 inspections completed across Belgium, Luxembourg and northern France.
Present in Luxembourg from the very beginning thanks to a strategic partnership with Baloise Luxembourg, ImmoPass brings its proven expertise to the Grand Duchy's property market — a market where high prices make pre-purchase inspection all the more essential.
A dedicated team, a network of experts
ImmoPass relies on an internal team of 10 staff members and a network of over 50 independent architects and experts. In Luxembourg, our architects are either based in the Grand Duchy or cross-border professionals with proven experience in the Luxembourg property market.
